Ushiku found that as a chef he was just as creative and expressive as in the rest of his life. He created The Alchemist persona as a means to test out his more experimental culinary ideas. He’s available for 1 to 1 cooking lessons, workshops, and private catering.

Future OpenMind events will also feature a filmed catered meal called The Knights of the Open Table beforehand whereby our featured artists will break bread as food, community, and ideas are shared.
